Join us in a special Mental Health Awareness Week chat room every day, designed to inspire and empower you on your journey to better mental health.
Gambling can have a negative impact on mental health, not only for the person gambling but also for their loved ones. In 2022/23, 80% of callers to our National Gambling Helpline reported that anxiety or stress was a result of their gambling.
For Mental Health Awareness Week (May 13 – 19), we’re hosting chat rooms throughout the week to explore this year’s themes ‘Movement: Moving more for our mental health’. Move more can increase your energy, reduce stress and anxiety, and improve your self-esteem. Make sure to mark your calendar and join our chat room.
